Where we deliver
We deliver across India to the PIN codes our courier partners serve. Checkout tells you straight away if we deliver to your address. We don't ship outside India yet.
What it costs
- Free shipping on orders of ₹1,499 and above.
- A flat ₹99 on smaller orders.
The shipping charge is shown before you pay and is part of your order total.
When it arrives
We pack orders within 1–2 working days of confirmation (online orders confirm once payment goes through). Delivery usually takes 2–7 working days after dispatch depending on where you are; checkout shows the expected time for your PIN code. Sales, public holidays and severe weather can add a day or two.
Tracking
When your parcel ships we email you the courier name and tracking number. You'll also find them, with a Track parcel link, on your order in Your orders and in the app.
Delivery
- Please make sure someone can receive the parcel and that your phone is reachable — couriers may call.
- If the courier can't deliver after their attempts, the parcel comes back to us. We'll contact you; online payments for undelivered orders are refunded, less the shipping charge if the address or phone number given was incorrect.
- If the outer packaging looks opened or damaged, please refuse the parcel or record a short video while opening it, and tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
